The STACBOND® composite panel is an advanced material consisting of two aluminum sheets sandwiching a core made of thermoplastic and mineral fillers. It boasts exceptional mechanical properties, offering impressive flexural strength while remaining lightweight. The panel maintains excellent surface flatness, longevity, and is easy to maintain.
This versatile product is engineered for both new construction and renovation projects, particularly for ventilated facades. It provides adaptable solutions across all architectural applications.
The standard manufacturing process uses an outer sheet of 5005 aluminum alloy and an inner sheet of 3105 alloy. Three distinct core options are available, varying in mineral content (from 0% to over 90%). These cores can be fire-resistant or fireproof, with some variants achieving A2-s1, d0 and B-s1, d0 classifications (per UNE 13501-1: 2007 standard).
STACBOND® offers an extensive selection of colors, glosses, textures, and natural finishes. Custom colors from RAL, PANTONE, or NCS charts are also available upon request. Feel free to contact us for more information.
The STACBOND® composite panel comes in various standard sizes, with widths up to 78 3/4″. Custom dimensions can be produced to meet specific project requirements.
Composite panels are available in 3 standard dimensions of width 49 ¹⁄₄″ (1250 mm), 59 ¹⁄₁₆″ (1500 mm), and 78 ³⁄₄″ (2000 mm), and a standard length of 196 ⁷⁄₈″ (5000 mm). We supply other dimensions on request, reaching lengths of more than 551 ³⁄₁₆″ (14 m).
We view each project as an opportunity for collaboration and innovation. By working closely with architects, designers, and contractors, we consistently push the boundaries of what’s possible with composite material panels. Whether it’s developing new patterns, refining installation techniques, or creating custom finishes, our team is dedicated to finding solutions that bring architectural visions to life.
